Made On Site With Love!
As summer makes its first tentative steps towards us we thought this a fine time to launch our new menu & welcome summer with open arms. Our happy range of delicious cakes now have some new friends to keep them company. A divine & decadent ‘Salted Caramel Chocolate Torte’, a brilliant ‘Baked Vanilla Cheesecake’ topped with either toasted pecan & hazelnut caramel sauce or a blueberry & raspberry compote. We’ve added in our own tasty take on the classic ‘Bakewell Tart’ & we have even managed to make our ‘Chocolate Brownie’ better - gooier & richer using buckets of 70% dark chocolate & it just so happens to be gluten free too. We are also introducing our new little French friend - the ‘Friand’ - available in either chocolate or raspberry - these fancy French cakes are made using egg white & ground almonds with a zap of orange zest. A proper summer treat.
Obviously if we are going to be a bit naughty we ought it be a bit nice too – so we have popped in some cracking mains for the summer too - introducing the new man-salad ‘Warm Chorizo & Roasted New Potato Salad’ as well as announcing the return of a Boston classic – ‘Cumin Roasted Butternut Squash, Feta & Olive’ Salad’. We’ve added a bit more super to our ‘Super Salad’ now piled high with avocado, mango, radish, sprouting seeds, sugar snaps & toasted nuts & seeds. Finally the addition of our new ‘Spiced Red Lentil & Chickpea Falafel Wrap’ completes our summer line up. Come in, check it out & let us know what you think.
