As a Boston Tea Party Floor manager your role will be very diverse, challenging and rewarding. You're responsible for making sure every customer is welcomed with a smile and an upbeat atmosphere. You will ensure our cafes are set up and ready for busy trading periods. You will assist with monitoring our food and beverage output to ensure the highest quality. The success of each shift relies on your ability to react to the flow of customers by making sure we have the right people on the right places to deliver service that is fast and efficient without compromising quality.
This means monitoring queues and customer waits, ensuring full product availability, constant communication with the kitchen, fast and efficient table clearing and frequent store walks to ensure all customers have all they need.
To achieve all this you will need to be positive, articulate and extremely organized. You will need the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure whilst being able to get the best out of your team. Training is a key part of your role and we will look to you to help us enhance the skill sets of fellow team members.
