As a Boston Tea Party Floor Manager your role will be very diverse, challenging and rewarding. You're responsible for making sure every customer is welcomed with a smile and an upbeat atmosphere. You will ensure our cafes are set up and ready for busy trading periods.  You will assist with monitoring our food and beverage output to ensure the highest quality. The success of each shift relies on your ability to react to the flow of customers by making sure we have the right people on the right places to deliver service that is fast and efficient without compromising quality.
