As a BTP Assistant Kitchen Manager you will assist the Kitchen Manager in leading a hardworking team to deliver made to order, feel good food of the highest quality using the best ingredients.
You'll need the energy to help manage and motivate the team & it's essential that you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are able to work quickly and to help drive the team to take pride in delivering every dish to spec and with a touch of Boston love!

We are looking for motivated & committed people with a passion for food & customer service to join our busy front of house team.  Your main duties will be to provide an environment that is warm & welcoming to all Boston Tea Party customers & visitors.  You will be required to have a good knowledge of all BTP food & drink products & ensure customer transactions are handled accurately & efficiently.  Enthusiasm & reliability our essential qualities that we are looking for.

We are looking for a trained & experienced barista to lead our busy team.  Our baristas are the best in the business creating amazing latte art & the perfect coffee each & every time.  If you have a passion for coffee, excellent communication & customer service skills this may be the perfect job for you.
