The role of Boston Tea Party General Cafe Manager is a very diverse, challenging & rewarding one. You will be responsible for every aspect of the overall smooth & efficient running of the café.  You will need to be positive, articulate & extremely organised.

You will also need the ability to stay calm & focused under pressure whilst being able to get the best out of your team.  Training is a key part of your role & we will look to you to help us enhance the skill sets of fellow team members.

The role of Floor Manager is a very diverse, challenging & rewarding one.  You will be responsible for making sure every customer is welcomed with a smile & into an upbeat atmosphere.  You will ensure our cafes are set up & ready for busy trading periods.  You will assist with monitoring our food & beverage output to ensure the highest quality.  The success of each shift relies on your ability to react to the flow of customers by making sure we have the right people in the right places to deliver service that is fast & efficient without compromising quality.  This means monitoring queues & customer waits, ensuring full product availability, constant communication with the kitchen, fast & efficient table clearing & frequent store walks to ensure all customers have all they need.
