Brunching under blue skies at BTP – is there a better way to spend a sun filled hour or two (okay, okay, you could be on a beach on a private island in the Caribbean somewhere but we’re happy with second place)?

If you’re travelling around and about the UK this summer or are looking for somewhere local to hang out in the open, here’s a round-up of five of our finest outdoor spaces;

Honiton
This quintessential English country cottage garden (complete with manicured lawn) is a hidden gem just 20 mins scoot off the M5.

Taunton
Our secret roof terrace is a real urban oasis. Bang in the middle of town, you’ll feel very smug to have discovered this spot.

Park Street
From the outside, you’d have no idea how much space our flagship original café has out back. A great base for refuelling right in the heart of Bristol.

The dream spot for watching the world go by in Bath. This vibrant little square is a people watcher’s paradise. If you’re lucky, you might even get entertained by a busker or two.

Harborne
This café is an old school building and the patio has lovely, laid-back, back-yard vibes. Bistro lights complete the feels. Just a stones throw from Birmingham city centre.
